Annual Maintenance
Planned maintenance for aviation fuel equipment: refueler inspections twice a year, plus annual fuel farm inspections, meter calibrations and filter changes, all from one team.
Maintenance on your schedule, not your equipment's
A refueler that goes down on the ramp costs more than the repair. It costs the flight you couldn't fuel. Annual Maintenance puts every truck, meter and fuel farm on a planned schedule, so problems turn up during our visit instead of in the middle of your rush.
We come to each location twice a year and work through the same checklist every time. Nothing gets skipped, and every record lines up with the one before it.
How the year breaks down
- First visit: refueler truck inspections, the annual fuel farm and storage tank inspection, and meter calibrations.
- Second visit: a second round of truck inspections and the annual filter changes.
- Every visit: function and safety testing on each unit, lubrication, and a close look at wear items before they fail.
Why operators hand it to us
- One team for the whole fuel system. Trucks, meters, filters and tanks are covered on the same visits, by the same people.
- Nothing left to chance. Seldom-used functions like defuel get exercised, so they work on the day you need them.
- Small fixes on the spot. Corporate and Enterprise customers can pre-authorize a budget for consumable parts such as dust caps, gauges and UV shields, so minor items are replaced during the visit instead of waiting for another trip.
- Pricing that scales with you. From a single FBO to a national network, multi-location operators, FBO chains and fuel suppliers get reduced per-unit rates.
Tell us what you run and where, and we'll build a plan around it.

We book both visits
Inspections, calibrations and filter changes are scheduled around your operation, twice a year at each location.
Stay ready all year
Every unit gets the same checklist every visit, so issues are caught early and nothing falls through the cracks.
Every visit
What each inspection checks
The same checklist at every unit, so a record from one visit can be compared with the next. Each item is tested for function and safety, not just looked at.
Flow rate
Measured against the unit's rated delivery.
Emergency fuel shut-off (EFSO)
Every station actuated and verified.
High-level shut-down
Tested so a tank cannot be overfilled.
Nozzle pressure
Checked against the nozzle and aircraft limits.
Seldom-used functions
Defuel and other modes exercised so they work when needed.
Lubrication
Equipment greased and the driveline serviced.
Wear items
Hoses for dry-cracking, wiring for exposure, and other failure points.

Questions
Frequently asked
- How often do you visit?
- Twice a year at each location. Refueler trucks are inspected on both visits; the fuel farm inspection, meter calibrations and filter changes happen once a year.
- Which plan is right for me?
- Essential suits independent FBOs, with a discount from two locations. Corporate is for FBO chains with ten or more locations, and Enterprise is for leasing companies and fuel suppliers with fifteen or more. We match you to the right plan when we quote.
- Is travel included in the price?
- Service calls, travel time and mileage are quoted separately, based on where each location is. That's why the form asks for an address or airport code.
- Do you supply the filters?
- We can. Filter elements are billed separately, with a discount on Corporate and Enterprise plans, or you can supply your own.
- What happens if you find a problem?
- On Corporate and Enterprise plans, small consumable parts are replaced on the spot up to your pre-authorized amount. For anything larger, we'll explain what we found and quote the repair before any work is done.
